The main objective of the Seminar Hall Booking System is to manage the details of seminar hall booking dates, history, availblity and managed by all departments. The project is totally controlled at administrative end and department member can only request to administrator shall guarant the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the booking seminar hall as mobile app. It tracks all the details about the status of booking, approval or rejected or amended. It manages all the information about seminar hall.

- In the proposed system we tried to provide the high security than the existing system.
- Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. It tracks all the information of Booking Dates and Manage the information of Booking Dates and Shows the information and description of the Booking
- Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of records
- The home page should contain two login forms one for admin another for user.
- Admin should be able to add/delete seminar halls and users, user should have access to account only after admin authentication.
- Admin should check the user details and then give the access permission to the user.
- In login page the functionality of seminar hall booking should be displayed with help of calendar showing availability & unavailability date with variation in colors,on click of availability date the use should be able book the seminar hall on particular date and time.
- After successful booking, should clearly display details of validation performed(which user booked,time,date & seminar hall name).
- The web page should be as simple as possible without any special effects.
